Hello everyone, I'm Zaudy Miranda, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of the WJA Los Angeles, CA chapter. I'm not only a member but also honored to serve as a board member on the programming committee.
My journey in the jewelry industry began in 2016, and since then, I've been passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities in our beloved field. With experience as a corporate recruiter for both The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and The RealReal, I've honed my skills in talent acquisition, specializing in finding the right talent for our unique industry.
As a GIA alumna with an Applied Jewelry Professional diploma, I deeply understand the significance of community and connections within our industry. I'm also proud to be a member of the Black In Jewelry Coalition (BIJC) and an active board member of the GIA Alumni Collective in San Diego.
Currently, I'm with CAZA Collective, where our mission goes beyond just staffing – we're dedicated to creating opportunities that empower both individuals and organizations. We strive to match people with their ideal roles, positively impacting families, communities, and the economy.
If you're seeking talent or looking to connect, I'm here to help. Let's network and collaborate to strengthen our industry together. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
