I am an industrial engineer by training and have primarily been involved in business process reengineering, six sigma and transformation in financial services. (Six Sigma is a method that provides organizations tools to improve the capability of business processes.)
I have a track record of building, leading, and growing teams from scratch. I have worked across industries – information technology, manufacturing, consulting and financial services.
From my entrepreneurial experience in the jewelry industry, I can relate to tough parts of the journey- getting past age stereotypes, rejections, dealing with stress and self-doubts, hiring employees for the first time and harder time attracting customers
I can specifically help/mentor on three things-
(1) building operations to scale up the business
(2) sharpening business strategy, in particular the manufacturing strategy
(3) collecting, managing and leveraging data to take better decisions
